Ethical Standards

“Cherry” factory is audited annually by independent organizations like SGS, BV, TUV and ITS and the reports are uploaded onto sharing websites like the “SEDEX”, “ Amfori BSCI “, “ GRS Scope certificate “ as according to the supplier ethical data exchange, linked to many respected retail organizations. We conform to and in many cases exceed the minimum standards required by the ETI base code.
 

Quality

We do stress the greatest importance on our quality control.  An independent QA department has been set up to monitor and maintain the quality of all incoming raw materials and outgoing merchandises.  We also execute in-line and final inspection with AQL standard during the production processes.

We use " 4-Point system" to monitor the quality of our incoming raw materials. Colour continuity is closely monitored along with fabric weights and widths.  All production has random "in-line" quality control from cutting to sewing and final packing.

Every garment is fully inspected prior to packing and we then utilize AQL 2.5 inspection systems before dispatch.

Our factory does strictly comply with all the local rules, regulations and standards of Industrial safety including all arrangements for fire & safety prevention facilities and the strict policy of handling broken needle in use at production area.  Customers are invited to approve and advise on every aspect of our facilities and equipment.
